2. Licensing

  • Our Plugins are licensed under the terms described at the time of purchase.

  • Licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and grant you the right to use the Plugin on websites according to the license tier you purchased.

  • You may not resell, distribute, or sublicense our Plugins without prior written consent.

3. Payments & Checkout

  • All payments are securely processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record.

  • Paddle handles order processing, billing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf.

  • Prices are displayed in your selected currency and may include applicable taxes.

4. Refund Policy

  • We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the Plugin does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue.

  • Refunds are handled through Paddle, and requests must be submitted via their support portal or our contact email.

  • No refunds are provided for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incompatibility due to outdated WordPress or third-party plugins/themes

5. Updates & Support

  • Each license includes access to updates and support for the duration specified at purchase (e.g., 1 year).

  • After expiration, renewal is required to continue receiving updates and support.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring compatibility of our Plugins with your WordPress environment.

  • You must not use our Plugins for unlawful purposes, including the distribution of malware or infringing content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Our Plugins are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our Plugins.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages arising from use of our Plugins is limited to the purchase price paid.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of laws.
