I had problems with the hover options and making a portfolio. Thanks to Rameez Iqbal I was able to do what I want the next day! He was very quick with his responds on e-mails (within a few hours) and helped a lot. Thanks!
Just got it, but so far, it’s great–and so is the support.
I tried about eight plugins to determine which would best meet my needs and would be user-friendly, and I quickly settled on this one! Although I am still in the process of developing my site, Image Caption Hover seems to be the most straight-forward, clean,and clear. When I had a question, I got a response to my post in less than 24 hours! Yay! Keep up the great work.

Great Plugin and Support
This is the best image hover plugin I’ve found. It makes your images look nice, adds to user experience, and is easy to use. And Rameez was responsive and super helpful with troubleshooting and clearing up confusion on my end. Try it out!

Best that I’ve tried
I have tried around 20 other plugins for hover effects, and this one (as well as Rameez’s other plugin: “Image Caption Hover Gallery”) were the best fit for me. They allow me to 1) easily place images with hover effects into my page builder by using shortcodes 2) allow me to style my captions by using html tags and custom CSS. 3) Rameez has been very helpful and professional. I’d recommend this plugin and this developer.

Immediately Updated Plugin When I Reported an Issue
Great plugin had all of the functionality we were looking for with the image to text hover and then linking capabilities. Plus the hover animation options are great.
When we noticed an issue with the Hover to Link function on iPhone’s we emailed the developer and within a day he fixed the bug and published a new update. Great Plugin, highly recommend.
